partner yoga w/ pregnancy & labor comfort measures

This workshop is for birthing people and a labor support partner. We practice movement, visualization, meditation with affirmations and hands-on techniques that can be used during labor as comfort measures and can also help alleviate pregnancy discomforts. The class focuses on body scanning to attune to a birthing person's body cues and having internal breath and energy awareness. Support partners will also learn easy massage techniques that will support relaxation during pregnancy and labor.
