🐣 Bringing together our over 15 years of experience as birthworkers and several years training doulas, we are offering this 4-part series to support you to feel prepared to navigate this journey.

Class altar set up with teaching tools and herb friends.

🌿Whether you are planning a home, birth center, or hospital birth, our goal is to provide you with information to help you know what to expect, understand your choices, and make informed decisions.

🐣 We center Black Indigenous and People of Color and are open to all allies.

🌿We are committed to uplifting Queer, Trans, and Gender Non-conforming folks and are open to all types of families including and not limited to: solo and/or young parents, couples, polyamorous relationships, surrogates, adoptive, and foster families.

🐣Each class is open to the birthing person and one support person. We intentionally keep the class size small to ensure individualized attention and an opportunity to build relationships with others.

🌿As an added bonus, because we are plant nerds, each week we will share about an herb that supports the pregnancy and postpartum period. You will receive samples of plant medicine homemade by us, your course guides!

🐣You will also have access to a Google folder full of valuable resources and documents!

🌿The fee for exchange is $450 with sliding scale for those who need it ($350-$450). Exact location and details will be sent upon registration.
